We strive to provide the best quality images to capture your memories. We offer studio and location photography services in a wide range of specialties. Feel free to read through the different choices, or use the menu to the left to jump quickly to the specialty you are interested in. We are local to the Chattanooga, Tennessee area, but are happy to travel to the location of your choice as long as travel expenses and time are covered.
My philosophy regarding weddings is fairly simple. I want to give you the best pictures I can of everything that is involved with your wedding. I also want to make sure you get the best quality products available.
I charge a flat rate fee to shoot, edit and host online everything that is involving your wedding. This includes engagement, bridal, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception photos. Recently, between myself and my assistants, we've been spending over 40 hours of face to face time with our wedding clients. That time can easily be doubled when you start counting the image capture and transfer, sorting out the pictures, editing the pictures, and uploading all of them so they are ready for you to see. All of this obviously comes at a price. At the moment that price is $1500. Of this, there is a $500 deposit required when we sign the contract. This is refundable up to 1 month prior to the ceremony. After that, due to scheduling and saving that date for you, I can no longer refund it. The remainder is due 1 week prior to the wedding date.
I haven't found a package yet, that meets specific needs of anyone. There are always add-ons that make the price go way up, or unneeded extras that make it too expensive for what you want. Because of this, I don't offer any packages. All prints and other merchandise is a la carte. However, I still want to give extra incentives when I can. So, I discount things based on the total amount you spend on your prints and other products.
The other benefit of not having cut and dry packages is that you can save your money and get the products you really want instead of settling for the package you can afford now. Your pictures will be hosted online until you want them removed (provided I can keep them there). If they aren't hosted, I still keep them archived, so you can come back and get that print you've always wanted.
Our print sizes range from wallets to large canvas prints several feet across. Our albums are also available in several different formats and price ranges. I occasionally change vendors to maintain the best quality products while maintaining prices as low as possible for you. We love to capture the spirit of our subjects. This can be accomplished in the studio, but becomes much more interesting on location. We want you to be comfortable and have fun during our portrait sessions. If this is easier in your home or a local park, then we are happy to meet this need. We charge a sitting fee of $150 that covers our time up to two hours, capturing and editing the images and online hosting while you decide which images you love the most. This fee is due at the time of the portrait session. Products and prints are a la carte and can be ordered at any time after your images are uploaded to our online hosting site. We do occasionally have specials, so make sure to watch our blog for any updates. While you're there, go ahead and subscribe so you can be notified of any updates.
We love to come to your location, but do have to charge a travel fee anywhere past 30 miles outside Chattanooga. This is charged by travel time and is $40 per hour.
Actors have to maintain a current headshot for auditions and self-promotion. We understand that you can get this done many different places. Our goal is to give you a headshot you can be proud of, while keeping them affordable. We charge our standard fee of $150 for up to 2 hours of time. This is adequate time for several looks and a multitude of choices when we are done shooting. This fee includes editing of one image, and either 10 8x10 prints or one digital file ready to be printed up to an 8x10 size. Additional prints are $12 each or $10 each if you order more than 10. Additional digital files are $85 each or $25 for web size files large enough for Facebook, Myspace and email. Additional editing is $25 per image.
We love spending time with animals, and would love to capture a portrait of your favorite pet. We are happy to do this in our studio, at your home, or in a pet friendly park of your choice. Our fee is $150 and covers up to 2 hours of time with your pet(s), plus editing and online hosting of your images. Our products are a la carte and can be ordered straight from our website or through us. These products range from traditional prints to canvas wall hangings, coffee mugs to t-shirts and all sorts of things in between.
We enjoy working with new and established models in our studio and on location. Our studio lights are completely portable, so lighting quality is maintained wherever we shoot. We offer our standard sitting fee of $150 for up to 2 hours of time. Prints and digital files are available at the same rates as our headshot pricing.
We know some models are interested in TFP/TFCD sessions. Depending on theme and our interest, we are happy to help with these. However, we do require a signed model release prior to starting with the shoot. The model release will cover our usage of images in our stock library. Stock images are used for advertising from billboards to magazines and even the photos inside the frames at your local Walmart. We will make these images available to several different stock agencies around the world. In trade for this, you will receive access to digital downloads of all the edited files and may use them for self-promotion as needed.
Entering shows with your art normally requires submission of examples of your work. This use to require slides for juries to examine. Now, the slides have changed mostly to digital format and more and more shows are requiring entries to go through the Zapplication website. We are happy to provide these images for you. Our charge is $25 per piece with a minimum of 6 pieces, or a minimum charge of $150. We prefer you to be at our location for the shoot, as this allows for your input into the capture process. While we can shoot without your presence, it allows you to have input into the final output. Since these are your art pieces, we like to continue to allow your creative control to show through. When we are done with the shoot, we will provide you with a CD of the chosen images in print format and Zapplication format. For an additional charge of $10 per piece we will upload the images to Zapp for you.
We also have started making promo CD's available. These CD's contain your images in a website that opens up automatically when the CD is inserted into a computer. They will contain the images from the current shoot or if you have used our services previously, we are happy to include any of the images we have captured for you. The images are presented in a gallery format with the art piece's title and price displayed as it is viewed. They make nice handouts for galleries or for your special patrons. The setup fee for these is $50 and includes 2 samples. Additional CD's are $5 each. If you need large quantaties, then we can discuss a discount.

Highschool seniors are such fun to work with. They are full of life and usually their life is full of an abundance oof activities. We love doing sessions with these young people! Our sessions last up to 4 hours and can include studio and / or location images. We prefer to do a good portion of these images on location, and include activities the senior is interested in. Our sitting fee for thesse sessions is $200 and includes time spent, capturing the images, editing, and online hosting.
Our prints and products are a la carte. The prints available range from wallet size to large canvases. Our products include all sorts of items from coffee mugs and mouse pads to t-shirts and puzzles. We also offer albums that present the images with a nice touch of class. The albums are individualized for each senior and are a beautiful keepsake. They are also easier to show off than a pile of prints!
